Terms and Conditions of Soft Play Café Entry

Welcome to our soft play café. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask that you read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. By entering the premises, you agree to comply with these rules:

• Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are not responsible for monitoring children during their visit.
• Age Restrictions: The play area is designed for children within the specified age range only. Please respect the age guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
• Socks Policy: Both children and supervising adults must wear socks in the play area. This is a hygiene requirement, and no exceptions can be made.
• Food and Drink: No outside food or drink is permitted. We provide a selection of refreshments at our café for your convenience.
• Health and Safety: Please avoid visiting if your child is unwell or has a contagious condition. This helps us maintain a healthy and clean environment for all.
• Behaviour: Boisterous or aggressive behaviour, including bullying, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone not adhering to this rule to leave the premises without a refund.
• Personal Belongings: We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure and within reach.
• Liability: While we maintain high safety standards, entry is at your own risk. The management accepts no liability for injuries or accidents unless caused by our negligence.
• Refunds:We are unable to provide refunds on bookings but can swap date if given 24 hours notice.
